A LETTER TO DIDIER DROGBA
Dear Drogba,
I send warmest greetings from Africa to you. I hear you are still doing what you know how
to do best. How I wish I could still see
you do it and not just hear tales. 
Well, there’s so much happening at Chelsea FC now. Makes
me wonder what unstoppable dread the blues would make to oppositions now if we
still had you.
Cech is still our number
one and J. T. will continue to know no fear against all comers, although he
will battle no more for the English and their Queen. Whether or not the FA’s decision against him
was right, the most important fact given by the FA was that “John Terry IS NOT
A RACIST.”
Not to worry about the 4 match ban on him because we have
battle tested and worthy replacement Generals.
I only wish J. T. will be back soon enough for the battle against the
red side of Manchester so that he can show that he is truly not a racist. 
Essien has moved to Madrid to join you know who, The Only
One. Mourinho still knows how to unleash
the wonders he still possesses. 
He who adorns your shirt number will do nothing less than
honor it. Oscar does beautiful samba
with your number on his back every match day he plays. The opposing defenses still wear worried
looks each time they see your number. Oh
brother, Oscar together with Hazard and the remainder of the old troop are
setting the EPL on fire. Chelsea FC is
so hazardous in the midfield that every player of Chelsea is sure to hit the
back of the net soon, even Mikel!
Lampard the old horse still packs a defense splitting
cannon he fires at will to remind critics whenever his abilities are
questioned.
But you need to call Torres and let him know that he has
to do the simple things the simple ways.
That way, before he knows it he will be doing the magical things the
simple ways like you. Tell him of the FA
Cup final against Man U where all you had to do was just put the tip of your
foot to the ball and fast forward to the 2011/12 season FA Cup final against
Tottenham where you did magic the simple way that would turn Harry Potter green
with envy. 
Di Mateo is doing a great job in a quiet way and I thank
the Russian Lord for giving him the chance to show that he deserves to be and
belongs to the blues. 
Again, I just can’t help but imagine who can afford not
to be trampled on as opposition with the magicians at our midfield claiming territory
for a ferocious attack Lion like you.
Even Mourinho would know that Stamford Bridge would not be home ground to
him becoming the only one to lead three different European club sides to three
Champions League trophies.
