MICHAEL JACKSON: THE LEGEND CONTINUES
Tribute to a King
He was not made to make a good song
A king of hit songs that owned a list long
Every time he danced his heart away
You just had to sing along and sway
Because at such times
And so many were those times
You need not have a favorite song
He had the “Human Nature” to be “Dangerous”
So “Bad” you would “Remember The Time”
The “Smooth criminal” made an “Earth Song”
So he could “Heal The World”
Always “Wanna Be Starting Something”
Whether he was “Black or White”
All he had to do was “Beat It”
“Who Is It” that
didn’t feel the “Thriller”
Even Library of Congress could not put it “Off The Wall”
He showed us the “Man In The Mirror”
To remind us that “You Are Not Alone”
Even when “They Don’t Care About Us”
He knew that “We Are The World”
Every one of us and the “Liberia Girl”
“This Is It” he proposed
Not bothering to ask “Will You Be There”
So he could “Rock with You”
And “Scream” to sing “You Rock My World”
“Dirty Diana” and “Billy Jean” might have been there
He would have given “Blood On The Dance Floor”
For on stage, he could do no wrong
“The way you make
me feel”
Each time I see the “Moonwalk”
Makes you forever real
Like the diehard Mohawk
Once for 80 weeks on top 10 of
Billboard 200 he never faded
“A songwriter
who set(s) the beat for a decade”
As such, a must that “The Legend Continues”
MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON
29 August
1958 – 29 June 2009
Lived, died and forever
a LEGEND!
